One of the original 200-mile ultramarathons, the Tahoe 200 circles Lake Tahoe through the Sierra Nevada wilderness at elevations between 6,000 and 9,000 feet. Four days and nights of continuous running through alpine forests, granite peaks, and wildflower meadows make this one of the ultimate tests of endurance in North America.
