Dylan Bowman, born March 24, 1986, in Reno, Nevada, is one of the most accomplished American trail and ultramarathon runners of his generation. He attended Colorado State University and ran his first marathon in 2009 with minimal preparation. A year later, he finished third at the Leadville 100 in his debut at the 100-mile distance.
