The Québec Mega Trail, held annually since 2012 at Mont-Sainte-Anne near Beaupré, is Canada's largest trail running event. The flagship 135-kilometer race follows the St. Lawrence River shoreline from Baie-Saint-Paul through the Charlevoix and Côte-de-Beaupré regions, accumulating 6,000 meters of elevation gain. It serves as a Western States 100 qualifier and is part of the World Trail Majors series.
